Over the course of this 12-month renovation, Wings Insurance was transformed into a fully functional office space complete with a new vocational mechanical school, FlyWise Aviation. The renovation was tackled in two phases. The first phase focused on a complete renovation of the original 12,000 SF. The design was carefully curated to ensure the spaces maximize function for the users and accommodate Wings’ future growth requirements. The second phase of the project included 5,000 SF of newly designed office space to house the new FlyWise Aviation program.
